The Role Of Multinational Companies In The Oils And Fats Trade
The commercial structure of the industry is examined and mul tinational companies defined in terms of their organizational struc tures and activities. The example of Cargill’s activities is used. The evolution of the oils and fats industry is reviewed and key events impacting on the future identified. Indications of the future of multi nationals and their role are provided in the light of these evolution ary changes in the industry’s structure.
